A foaming net is not necessary. Place the powder in your palm, add a small amount of water or lukewarm water, and mix with your hands until it forms a lather and turns whitish. Use it by gently massaging the areas where you want to treat roughness, dullness, or dark spots.
You can adjust the thickness by changing the amount of water, so please try to find the consistency that you prefer.
